Where was the LA Times when Gilad Shalit was abducted?

The LA Times Opinion section decided to have a poll on: whether or not it was right of Israel to assassinate senior Hamas official Mahmoud Mabhouh (if they did in fact do so).

I have two questions:

1) Where was the LA Times and frankly, everyone else with their polls when Gilad Shalit was abducted?

2) Why doesn’t Hamas or Hezbollah ever have internal conflicts about their behavior?

So while we’re at it, I’m curious what the readers of this blog think.

    alright all 100% for Yes. Israel has the right. A better question would be where was and where is the media on remembering how this bastard killed 2 Israeli soldiers and how he was shipping arms to Hamas thanks to Iran’s funding? Why is no one talking about that in depth?!

    By the way there is also a rumor that this was done to frame the Mossad….
